We want every customer to be happy with their purchases, Covet Coffee. Please contact us if you are not satisfied. You may return your items to Covet Coffee on the same day only. You may return items only if it is sealed. Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange or returns for a product that is damaged or unsealed.

for requesting return approval. Please include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Specify how you’d like to proceed:
Full merchandise credit to covetcoffees.com, shipping fees excluded.
Refund will be initiated as per the mode of payment used by the customer (GST as per product reverse pick-up fee, shipping fees excluded, or product exchange).
Please ship returns to the following address, using the shipping carrier most convenient for you. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received the returned product sealed and in good condition. We will proceed as requested:
Store credit.
GST as per product.
Ship the product exchange.
